Car rental companies often struggle with fragmented systems, outdated dashboards, and inefficient booking processes. SwiftRent needed a unified platform that allowed managers to easily track revenue, bookings, and fleet availability while maintaining real-time customer and vendor visibility.

As the Lead Product Designer, I owned the entire product lifecycle:

• Led discovery interviews with rental operators and admins

• Defined core flows around vehicle management, bookings, and performance reporting

• Prototyped and tested interfaces with end users for clarity and performance
